this license looks fairly old, as the new zim ones are the same design but are stained on different metal. a standard road test gives someone the use of classes 4 and 5 which are cars and construction vechiles.
once you have done your test you have to pay a ‘fast track fee’ 50 US dollars to get your disc. If you choose to wait for it be processed then it can be a hile as they are only doing 2004 discs now. CVR (central vechile registry) is in the rough end of the harare cbd and is oozing corruption. you could walk in and buy a license, choose your classes for 120 US and get it the next day. Shocking after mugabes rule has left it in tatters, get MDC in power !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
